Hand-picked & sent

The second your customer buys something, our system speaks to yours and logs the order. From there, our Pick & Pack team leap into action, preparing your products and packaging to your exact requirements. We create brand-specific training materials and even short videos for our pick and packers to make absolutely certain that every single order meets the standards your customers expect. If an item calls for unusual handling, such as premium packaging or fragile materials, rest assured our people know how to give it the care it needs.

Honoured & secured

When customers return or exchange an order, we sort and log it just as we do at the Goods In stage. Returned items are quarantined or go back into inventory, ready to make another customer happy.

High-tech & smart

We use Mintsoft to connect directly to your store and other sales channels. From there, anyone can track any order until the moment it’s delivered. It’s powerful software, but it’s really only half the story. We think the reason our systems are so effective is the way we’ve trained our team to use them. Your account manager knows every detail about your products, and work hand-in-hand with our warehouse staff who are trained to your exact specifications. Above it all, process specialists keep an eagle eye open and keep the whole ship sailing smoothly.
